Welcome to Sprko — a curated library of print-ready designs for makers, sellers, and print-on-demand brands. This page covers how our licenses work, what you can and can't do with the assets, and the rules that keep the marketplace fair for everyone.

By creating an account, browsing, downloading, or purchasing on Sprko, you agree to the terms outlined below. Read the sections that apply to how you plan to use the designs.

Commercial rights on Sprko are determined by your account plan, not by individual designs. There are two account access tiers plus an optional custom-design agreement for bespoke work. Access is non-transferable and tied to the account it was purchased on.

• Free Personal Use — personal, non-commercial downloads.
• Lifetime Commercial Access — a one-time account upgrade that unlocks commercial usage rights across the entire eligible Sprko marketplace.
• Custom Design — bespoke artwork delivered with a tailored agreement.

The Free Personal Use tier lets you download eligible designs for personal, non-commercial projects. Use it for gifts, home prints, school projects, or testing how a design looks before upgrading.

• Print designs for yourself, family, and friends.
• Share final printed items, not the source files.
• No selling, no reselling, no use in client work.

Lifetime Commercial Access is a one-time account upgrade that unlocks commercial usage rights across the entire eligible Sprko marketplace — current and future designs. It is not purchased per design; commercial rights belong to your account.

• Print on apparel, mugs, posters, stickers, and other physical products.
• Sell finished products through your own storefronts, Etsy, Shopify, Amazon Merch, Printify, Printful, and similar platforms.
• Use across multiple stores under the same legal owner.
• No cap on units sold. No recurring fees. No renewals. No royalties.

Regardless of license tier, the following uses are never permitted:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the raw design files.
• Uploading designs to other marketplaces, stock sites, AI training sets, or NFT platforms.
• Claiming authorship of the artwork.
• Use in content that promotes hate, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Trademark filings based on Sprko designs.

Custom requests are scoped, quoted, and delivered as exclusive or semi-exclusive artwork. Each project ships with its own license agreement that supersedes the default terms for that specific design.

• Revisions and turnaround times are agreed in the project brief.
• Exclusivity, if any, is documented in writing before delivery.
• Custom files are stored in your account for re-download.

Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. We do issue refunds when something is genuinely wrong on our end.

• Corrupt or unusable files — full refund or replacement.
• Duplicate purchase — refunded on request.
• Change of mind after download — not eligible.

When you share photos of your printed products in the community gallery, you grant Sprko a non-exclusive right to display those photos on the design page and in marketing where the design is featured. You keep ownership of your photo.

• Don't upload photos you don't have rights to.
• Don't include identifiable people without their consent.
• We may remove submissions that violate these rules at any time.

Sprko respects intellectual property. If you believe a design on the platform infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to copyright@sprko.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The URL of the allegedly infringing design.
• Your contact information and a good-faith statement.
• A signature (physical or electronic).

We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to the content where appropriate.

• One account per person or legal entity.
• Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't share download links or licensed files outside your organization.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, charge back without contact, or violate these terms.

Sprko provides the designs "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond what is required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the designs or the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of Sprko is limited to the amount you paid for your account access tier (for example, your Lifetime Commercial Access purchase).

We collect the minimum data needed to run your account: email, authentication tokens, order history, and basic usage analytics. We don't sell personal data. Full details live in our privacy policy.

• Request a data export or deletion at any time.
• Sprko uses essential cookies for account functionality and optional analytics cookies to improve the marketplace experience. Analytics preferences can be managed at any time through Cookie Preferences.
• Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider; we never store card numbers.

Cookies are tiny files your browser stores so Sprko can remember you between visits. We use as few as possible, and we group them into clear categories so you stay in control.
